Dyana L. Sisti

Born in Stoneybrook, New York, September 25, 1982; admitted to bar, Florida 2010; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida 2016.

Education: University of South Florida (B.A., 2005), Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 2010) cum laude.

During her attendance at Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Sisti served as an intern with Michael Maddox, P.A., the Public Defender’s office in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Manatee County and the State Attorney’s office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County. After graduation from law school, Ms. Sisti worked for Jack Townsend P.A., as well as the State Attorney’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County practicing criminal law. On August 26, 2013, Ms. Sisti joined Reynolds Parrino Spano & Shadwick, P.A. (now Reynolds Parrino Shadwick, P.A.). Ms. Sisti has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including multiple jury trials. She became partner with the firm August 1, 2021.

Ms. Sisti is experienced in all aspects of defending first and third party insurance claims including coverage disputes related to premise liability, commercial general liability, motor vehicle liability, uninsured motorist coverage and commercial and homeowners’ insurance policies. Ms. Sisti is also experienced in appellate practice, multiple competing claims, various insurance claims involving SIU investigations and criminal defense.

She leads the firm’s insurance coverage, commercial liability and premises liability team.
