Katherine V. Shadwick
Born in Murphy, North Carolina, September 25, 1976; admitted to bar, Florida, 2002.
Education: Florida State University (B.S. Cum Laude 1998), Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 2002).
During her attendance at Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Shadwick participated in mock trial team and clerked with the Public Defender’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. After her admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Shadwick served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Ms. Shadwick became associated with Reynolds & Stowell, P.A. (now Reynolds Parrino Shadwick, P.A.), in 2006. She became partner with the firm March 1, 2014.
Ms. Shadwick is experienced in all aspects of litigation concerning first and third party insurance claims including motor vehicle liability coverage, uninsured motorist coverage, personal injury protection coverage, homeowner’s coverage including sinkhole, and various insurance claims involving SIU investigations. Ms. Shadwick is also experienced in appellate practice and criminal law.
